1. Order & Payment

• All orders must be placed through our official website (https://macplanet.in/).
• Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other available methods.
• Prices listed on the website are final and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Orders are confirmed only after you make the payment.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer delivery across India. Delivery timelines vary based on location and product availability.
• Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days from order confirmation.
• MacPlanet is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, courier issues).
• Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Incorrect information may result in delivery delays.

3. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
• If an order is canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• If an order is canceled after dispatch, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products received.
• Customers must initiate a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product by contacting our support team.
• Returned products must be in unused, original condition with all packaging and accessories intact.
• Once inspected, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
• Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs will not be eligible for returns or refunds.

5. Warranty & Repairs

• All new Apple products purchased from MacPlanet come with the official Apple warranty as per Apple’s terms.
• For warranty claims, customers must visit an authorized Apple Service Center or MacPlanet’s service center.
• MacPlanet is not responsible for warranty-related decisions made by Apple.

6. Exchange Policy

• We do not offer exchanges for products unless they are defective and meet return criteria.
• Refurbished products or used devices are not eligible for exchanges.

7. Limitation of Liability

• MacPlanet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
• In no case shall MacPlanet’s liability exceed the purchase price of the product.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

• MacPlanet reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Customers are encouraged to review them periodically.
